Getting you out of pain
Early on, visits are closer together while we calm things down. The doctor checks how you respond each time and adjusts the plan as you change.
The step most people expect is a sales pitch. Ours is treatment. We treat you first, then you decide how to continue. Here is exactly what happens.
New patients are usually seen within one business day, and same-day appointments are available. When you hurt, you should not have to wait a week to find out if we can help.
Our HIPAA-compliant new patient forms are online. Less clipboard time, more time with the doctor.
A consult and exam, with x-rays only if needed. No automatic x-rays means no surprise costs for things you did not need.
Your first adjustment, plus any other treatment you agree to, happens on your first visit. You walk out having felt what we do, not just having heard a pitch.
The doctor suggests care based on how you present and when to come back. Pay by the visit, or choose a plan, prepaid or monthly.
Many patients notice a change by the third or fourth visit. That is typical, never promised, and it gives us a clear point to decide together what comes next.
Care usually moves through three stages. How often you come in is a suggestion based on how you present, not a fixed package, and you can pay by the visit at every stage.

Once you feel better, the goal is to keep it that way. Visits spread out, and you get simple exercises and stretches to do at home so the same problem is less likely to flare up again.
Some patients like a check-in every few weeks to stay ahead of problems. Others come back only when something flares. Either is fine. You decide.
The doctor walks you through the approach before anything happens, and you can say no to anything. If you are nervous, we can use the Activator, a small instrument that gives a light tap with no twisting or popping. Nervous first-timers are normal, and the same hands adjust pregnant women, newborns and older patients every week.
No. You get treated on your first visit before you commit to anything. After that you can pay by the visit, or choose a prepaid or monthly plan.
