Office manager
Heidi runs the business side of Back to Health: insurance, billing, payment plans and anything to do with finances. She has a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
She was Dr. Jeremy's first patient in chiropractic school and still gets adjusted regularly. Away from the office she is watching their three kids play ball or cheering on Michigan football.
Front desk
Raynah is often the first person you meet. She answers questions, explains your insurance coverage, schedules appointments and gets you set up on therapies, and her goal is for everyone to feel welcome and relaxed.
Outside the office she loves time with family and friends, being outdoors, and volunteering.

Joelle joined the front desk in 2022. She keeps the schedule moving, checks patients in and out, and helps with the questions that come up along the way.
